If you've secured your venue and a few key vendors but feel overwhelmed managing the rest, we’ll step in to help refine the details, manage the logistics, and guide you confidently to the finish line.

We blend your planning progress with our expertise to ensure no detail is overlooked and every moving part comes together seamlessly.
 

What’s Included:

Planning Support

• Planning begins 4–6 months before the wedding date

• Initial consultation to assess what’s been completed and what’s still needed

• Personalized planning checklist to track progress and tasks

• Access to a shared client planning portal for collaboration and communication

• Up to 5 scheduled planning meetings to review progress and next steps

• Wedding planning timeline to help manage milestones and deadlines
   

Vendor Coordination

• Vendor recommendations as needed based on your remaining needs

• Assistance confirming remaining vendors and finalizing contracts

• Communication and coordination with all vendors from 8 weeks out

• Final review of all vendor contracts and timelines

• Confirmation of vendor arrival and departure times
   

Logistical Planning

• Creation of a detailed wedding day timeline

• Floor plan and ceremony/reception layout consultation

• Seating chart and guest flow assistance

• Final walk-through of venue (if applicable)

• Coordination of transportation logistics and lodging blocks (if still needed)

• Management of rehearsal schedule and guest instructions
   

Design & Styling Guidance

• Review of your existing design plans and offer expert styling input

• Assistance with final design choices (linens, rentals, signage, etc.)

• Sourcing of small décor elements or signage, if needed

• Vendor referrals for design-related services (florals, rentals, etc.)
   

Rehearsal & Wedding Day Coordination

• Coordination of your ceremony rehearsal (1 hour)

• Lead planner onsite for up to 8 hours on the wedding day

• Management of all vendors and logistics on the day-of

• Oversee set-up and styling of ceremony and reception areas

• Direct timeline execution including cues for ceremony, speeches, and events

• Tear-down coordination and return of client’s personal décor items
